These terms and conditions aim to regulate the rights, meanings, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between COUNTDNAI and its users regarding the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by COUNTDNAI.
Article 2: Definition of Terms
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:
- "MeeAww" refers to a virtual business place, platform, or service space (including applications, web pages, etc.) set up using computer or mobile information communication facilities such as smartphones and tablets, through which the company can provide services. "MeeAww Service" also refers to the services provided by the company to users through the Service, including applications, web services, content, and customer support used via mobile devices.
- "User" refers to a person who has agreed to these terms and conditions and has been accepted by the company to use the services provided by the company.
- "Purchase" refers to a user paying for functions created by the company using a payment method designated by the company.
- "Refund" means canceling the payment for function purchased by the user in accordance with Article 12 and receiving a refund of the payment.
- "App Store Operator" refers to all e-commerce providers (including those providing in-service payments) that provide services for installing or making payments for the Service (e.g., Google Play App Store, Apple App Store, etc.).
- Terms not defined in these terms and conditions follow the definitions provided by relevant laws and regulations.
Article 3: Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms
- These terms become effective by being disclosed to users.
- The Service may amend these terms in case of changes in circumstances and important business reasons, and the amended terms become effective in the same manner as the previous paragraph.
Article 4: Supplementary Provisions
Matters not specified in these terms shall follow relevant laws and regulations.
